There are many reasons why an item might be offered here: Issues with HOA, Change in Design, Measurement Errors , Change in job Scope etc. By signing up you will be sent an email with pictures of the item, color, what’s included, measurements it was built for.

These items move quickly due to the deep discounts, and are offered on first come basis. Items are cash and carry. Delivery and installation of the items is not offered.
