What you can expect when you work with Affordable Fences and Gates:
- You the homeowners contact our team by filling out our website form or giving us a phone call.
- An Affordable Fence office rep will get back to you that day and ask some questions to make sure we are a good fit both products/price point.
- Our office is the only provider in Tucson that offers a preliminary estimate if you can answer a few questions and send a couple of pictures.
- Appointment is scheduled and you will receive an email confirmation.
- Affordable Fence estimator comes to your home for an on-site meeting and puts together a professional and comprehensive estimate (usually the same day).
- If you would like to move forward with the job, a signature and deposit are then taken.
- You will then be sent a confirmation email with approximate lead time.
- A production foreman will contact you the week before installation to confirm a schedule.
- After installation you will receives a follow up call from the office confirming everything went well and that you are happy with your new fence or gate, and then the final payment will be collected.
